Damages

  • We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Wrong/Missing Items

  • In the event that you may have received the wrong item or did not receive an item that you may have purchased from Sotus, please email sotus.co@gmail.com within 3 business days and send us photos of the wrong item (if possible) so we can help you out further. We will do our best to assist you with getting your item.
