Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

 

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.

 

How to Return an Item

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, we will provide you with a return address.
  4. Ship the item back to us securely.

 

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sotus.co@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will assist you in processing your return and providing a full refund or replacement.
