Returns

- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.
How to Return an Item

- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a return address.
- Ship the item back to us securely.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sotus.co@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will assist you in processing your return and providing a full refund or replacement.
